Edmon N. Salameh

Edmon N. Salameh, also known as Abu Sari, fell asleep in the Lord on Sunday, November 5, 2017. He was born in Birzeit, Palestine and emigrated to the United States 40 years ago with his family in tow. He was a father figure to many -- a loving husband, a wonderful father, and a hardworking businessman that provided for his family. He was predeceased by his wife, Madlen; brother, Elias Owemreen; and sister, Salma. Edmon is survived by his brothers, Fahed, Salameh, and Khalil; children, Suhair (Jeffrey) Jones, Salwa (Zaki) Musallam, Sari (Sophia) Salameh, Sawsan (Arteen) Demerjian, and Khader (Noor) Salameh; grandchildren, Kathy, Niveen, Elias, Natasha, Marie, Rasha, Casey, Haythem, Taylor, Alexandra, Tiffany, Edmon, Tatiana, Khalil, and Madlen; great grandchildren, Emmaline, James, Aria, Scarlett, and Annabelle; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Calling hours will be at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church on Wednesday, November 8 from 4 to 7 pm. Trisagion Service will be at 6:30 pm. Funeral services will be at the Church on Thursday, November 9 at 10 am.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
