Obituary of Eric C. Teller
Eric C. Teller, 40, of Tully, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, August 17, 2018.
Born June 25, 1978 in San Francisco, CA, he was the son of Rosalee DeFilippo Teller and the late Fredrick Teller. Eric was a graduate in Forestry and Natural Resources from Morrisville State College and was a Highway Engineer and Site Coordinator in the road division for Delta Corp in Binghamton. He was a life- long parishioner of both Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church and St. Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Church.
Eric was well known for his kindness and generous heart. He was an amazing cook, he enjoyed playing his guitar and writing songs. Eric loved treasure hunting and coin collecting, he also was a proud jeep owner and enthusiast. He was always up for an adventure and truly lived his life to the fullest.
He is survived by his mother, Rose of Tully; three siblings, Charles (Danielle Cable) Teller of Fulton, Gina (Jonathan Donnelly) Teller of Syracuse and Christine Teller of Tully; two nephews, Gabryel Teller and Joseph Donnelly; dear friend, Kristin Nestor; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be Wednesday at 10 AM at Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church, 738 Franklin Park Drive, East Syracuse. Calling hours are Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the church. Interment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, East Syracuse.
