Obituary of Charles E. Lochner
Charles E. Lochner, 70, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2019.
He was born in Rochester, NY on September 24, 1948. He grew up in Spencerport, NY and eventually moved to Syracuse where he lived for many years. He was a member of The First Universalist Society of Central Square, and his church community was a significant part of his life.
He is survived by his sister, Julie (Lochner) Riber (Wes), and brothers, David Lochner (Anna), Richard Lochner (Laurie), Ted Lochner (Judy) and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on April 27 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at First Unitarian Universalist Society of Syracuse, 109 Waring Road, Syracuse, NY 13224. A gathering of family and friends will follow from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Drumlins Country Club, 800 Nottingham Road, Syracuse NY 13224 (in the University Room).
