Sunday, April 26, 2020We are so sorry for the loss of Shirley. We lived next door to her for several years and enjoyed her company while neighbors and visits afterwards. She always lit up our day and loved when we stopped by to say hi with the dogs. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Our dog Bo has a great love of cheese because of Shirley- he’d sneak over to her garage.. we always knew where to look-he’d be with Shirley in the garage and she would be feeding him cheese. We will miss her and are thinking of you all. Carlos & Alicia

Friday, April 17, 2020Shirley and the girls were always my favorite cousins growing up. We would go to the old DeWitt drive in and eat popcorn, drink coca colas and laugh till we cried, movie didn't matter so much it was the family and the love that did. She named my brother Dave "Burt" (Burt Reynolds) and I'll always rememebr her joyful outlook and laughter.

Sunday, April 12, 2020Shirley had the most infectious laugh! After Jackie died she welcomed Jackie’s friends into her home - all the Rices did - and she made the loss somehow bearable. She would laugh through tears and, years later, still invited us to visit and let her know what we were up to. Rest easy Shirl. Love and sympathy to Trisha, Jordan and to all of her family.
